As most of you know, I am an owner/operator of a vintage 1952 Mountainview silver diner located in Herkimer, NY. In addition to all of the responsibilities of operating a successful diner and my restaurant consulting clients, I now have the distinct honor and privilege of starring in a cooking show. The name of our show is CNYFlavor.
