THE
DINER WIZARD attended Quincy Vocational
School in Quincy MA for four years majoring in Culinary
Arts. He also attended Bakersfield Community College,
Glendale Community College and Antelope Valley Community
College taking multiple courses in business, business
management, psychology and sociology. He attended Cornell
University’s FDA courses becoming a ServSafe Nationwide
Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor for the National
Restaurant Association.
The Diner Wizard has worked in the restaurant industry
for the last 36 years with the last 20 years consecutively.
He commenced employment at the age of 14 as a dishwasher
and progressed right up the ladder to busboy, host,
cook, sanitary engineer and CEO and purchased his first
restaurant in 1991. He has started and operated 12 successful
restaurants over the past 20 years. The Diner Wizard
is a leading authority on starting and successfully
running a restaurant, kitchen design, employment practices,
Health Department regulations for safe and sanitary
food practices. He currently serves as an advisor for
Herkimer BOCES Culinary Arts Department in Herkimer,
New York as well as personal mentor for several large
and successful restaurants. He is a consultant to a
restaurant chain in California which has successfully
received authority to franchise nationwide from the
California Secretary of State.
He
is a two time World Record Holder for the World’s
Largest Omelets and has received commendations and
letters from governors, mayors and city council members
as well as nationwide media coverage and international
acclaim. He was the winner of the Best Breakfast in
the Antelope Valley of California for 17 years, 14
years consecutively. He has been on the Board of Directors
of Rotary International, Boy Scouts of America, Glendale
Chamber of Commerce Presidential Circle and the Pinehill
Institute of Successful Living. The Diner Wizard is
a nationally renowned motivational speaker who travels
extensively to present his message.
