CONSULTATION/MENTORING PACKAGES

• Following your travel to New York you will receive a two day and one night stay in my guest house in the Adirondacks. Click here to view images:
• 12 hours of undivided one on one time.
• Includes four (4) meals and two trips to my diner(s) to see a live diner/restaurant in action.
• Arrive at 8:00 a.m. on morning of the first day and end first session at 5:00 p.m.
• Spend the evening reviewing what we discussed and reviewing your thoughts, goals and dreams.
• Begin second day at 8:00 a.m. with a trip into the diner for breakfast and ending the day at 5:00 p.m.
• During your stay we will review and/or create a Business Plan, Mission Statement, as well as kitchen design, menu layout, advertising, employee practices, and any other pertinent issues to you.
• Two (2) free months membership in Platinum Tip of the Month Club
• Two (2) free months membership in CD of the Month Club.
• Two (2) 15 minute telephone calls per month for three months to answer any questions.

• I travel to you for a comprehensive on-site analysis of your business.
• Topics of discussion will be determined by your needs and can include kitchen design, employee relations, advertising, menu review., etc. If you are purchasing a business or an existing location, I will do an inspection, potentially saving you thousands of dollars in hidden repairs and costs.
• Written analysis and documentation of our discussions.
• Two (2) free months Membership in Platinum Tip of the Month Club.
• Two (2) free months Membership in CD of the Month Club.

SILVER PACKAGE

• One-on-one 15 minute phone call twice (2) a month to answer any questions , suggestions or ideas.
• You may email or fax questions or ideas before our call to maximize our time together.
